Custom Furniture
We are passionate about all things wood. Especially when it comes to combining aesthetics with function. Whether you have an idea or design already and want us to bring it to life or if you want us to design and build any type of custom wooden furniture to fit your needs we are the place for you. Our team of artistic and exceptionally skilled craftsmen can create an unlimited range of bespoke furniture and artistic installations.
Cabinetry
All of our cabinetry is custom-made and finished here at our woodshop in West Chester, PA. Our experienced design team works directly with the clients to make sure that every detail is meticulously planned out and that their exact specifications and requirements are met. Then, followed by our precision fabrication and finishing process, our skilled crew of carpenters delivers and carefully installs the cabinetry in your home or business. We also work directly with other designers, architects and builders.
Wooden Tops
We fabricate, finish and install butcher block countertops, live-edge tops, bartops, table tops, kitchen counters, restaurant table tops, floating shelves and even food-safe wood tops and cutting surfaces. All our wooden tops are made with domestic woods such as walnut, oak, maple, cherry and more.
Restoration & Replication
Wooden furniture can get damaged or worn out over years of use or even lack of use. It can often be in need of some minor maintenance or full refinishing, or sometimes significant repair. We will take the utmost care in bringing your heirloom furniture back to life or replicating a piece in the set that was irreparable.
Manufacturing & Production
We work alongside several brands in manufacturing the products they sell. We source the wood, process it, fabricate it and finish it. Our goal is to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process to help you scale your business or better meet up to your customers’ demands while maintaining the excellent quality that you and your customers expect. We will also help walk you through the beginning stages of a new product you are working on or create a prototype for an idea that is not fully-formed.
Milling & Surfacing
Our fully outfitted woodshop and expert team can handle all your milling and surfacing needs. From flattening slabs or individual boards to sizing, jointing and planing boards on any side or all four sides (S4S). Choose from our inventory or bring your own rough lumber.
CNC Services
With our 5’x10’ CNC we have the capacity to flatten slabs or batch cut anything. We can also do custom carving and engraving. Bring us your design, file or your slab and we will cut it, shape it or flatten it for you.
Finishing
Equipped with a fully equipped 12’x14’ spray booth, we have the capability to finish everything from sprayed cabinetry to small wooden parts. From hand brushing many various stains and clear finishes to an assortment of wipe-on products. In addition, we are able to match or replicate many finishes to cohere with your existing products.
